(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Suppliers who have been registered and put into storage according to the Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Supplier Registration and Integrity Management Measures; 4. Other qualification requirements: 1) The supplier must be a legal person, other organization, or natural person, and the subsidiary or branch of the legal person must obtain authorization from the parent company; 2) This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises. (Disabled welfare units and prison enterprises are considered as small and micro enterprises.)
